|We provide general medical healthcare to families from infants to geriatrics. This involves the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses which range from the common cold to major medical illnesses. We are able to offer minor surgical procedures as well as limited gastrointestinal endoscopy in the office setting. More extensive procedures or testing will be carried out to Gwinnett Medical Center.

If you have an emergency after office hours please call 911. If you have an urgent request after hours, call our office at (770) 614-5454 and Dr. Najjar will contact you. If you have a call block on your phone, please remove it by dialing *86.
||Our office hours are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Currently, we offer same day appointments so that you can be treated as quickly as possible. On the weekends, the office is closed; however, Dr. Najjar will be on call to take care of any urgent needs.
If you are unable to keep you appointment, please kindly notify us immediately. This will enable us to use the time for another patient who has an urgent need.
When calling for test results or prescription drug refills, please call during normal office hours. This allows us to check your chart to ensure that we are providing the best course of treatment.
We participate in most insurance plans, in addition to accepting Medicare. Please check with our office to see if we are a participating provider in your healthcare plan.
For your convenience, we will file your insurance claim. We do ask that you pay any deductibles and/or co-payments as required by your insurance carrier at the time of your visit. We accept personal checks, cash, MasterCard and Visa for payment.
Dr. Najjar is a board certified family physician who has been practicing medicine in Gwinnett County since 1994. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1985 and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1989. He completed his internship and residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Richland Memorial Hospital and Veterans Administration in 1992. During his residency, he did additional training in gastrointestinal disorders at the Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. Dr. Najjar is currently on active staff at Gwinnett Medical Center with privileges in performing gastrointestinal endoscopes procedures. This affiliation provides him with the resources of a major health system and the expertise of many other physician specialists when needed. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
